CodBag (n.) cod-bag: Any individual posing as a legitimate buyer who lacks the intent, finances, or mental capacity to execute a transaction.
Common CodBags:
- Guy who asks if a price on craigslist is negotiable without ever seeing the item.
- Guy who asks if you have a BIN price on an eBay item that already has bids.
- Anyone who bitches about shipping charges on eBay.
- People who ask for a shipping quote to a country you don't sell to
- and obviously, Non-paying bidders
