International shipping means shipping between two nations. Canada and the United States are seperate nations. Therefore, if an ad says "No International Shipping," that includes you.

Amen. I field 15-20 inquiries a week on eBay auctions that CLEARLY state I only ship to USA & APO/FPO addys. Some even insist they will gladly pay extra for shipping it overseas. DUH! Are they going to pay for the time it takes to wait in line at the Post Office to send there? Of course not!
I've gotten in the habit of giving them a shipping quote that includes approx round-trip First Class air fare for me to deliver the item. That usually shuts them up.
